Nico just called, unexpectedly, surprisingly. I hadn't realized until just then, upon hearing her voice, how much I've missed her.

I love when I can hear her smiling through the phone, and when she laughs out right. She's such a delicious person.

And it's lovely to have a person in my life who knows what my voice means behind my words.
